Dr. Ilir Hajdini
Dr. Ilir Hajdini is an Assistant Professor of Management at the American University of Sharjah. His research and teaching focus on franchising strategy, governance, organizational design, and international business.
He earned his PhD in Management at the University of Vienna and completed postdoctoral research there. His academic and business experience includes international management, entrepreneurship, executive education, and consultancy.
His research examines how governance mechanisms, ownership arrangements, contracts, and managerial decisions shape franchise networks and their performance.
